All applicants pay annual BBBOnLine assessment evaluation fee. If based on a preliminary review of the application, BBBOnLine determines the company does not meet the threshold standards, BBBOnLine will not conduct an assessment evaluation and we will refund the assessment evaluation fee.
If a company meets the threshold standards, an assessment evaluation will be conducted and the assessment evaluation fee is non-refundable.

For Multiple Web sites:
Separate application and annual assessment evaluation fees will be charged for applicants submitting an application for multiple websites with privacy policies and information practices of such substantive difference that they require multiple compliance assessment reviews. Upon reviewing your completed Compliance Assessment Questionnaire, we will notify you if your company will need to pay additional fees.

Your annual assessment evaluation fee is based on annual budget using the pricing schedule above.
