Contract fees for participation in the BBBOnLine EU Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution Program are identical to those fees changed for participation in the BBBOnLine Privacy seal program. Those fees are listed below. The fees are renewable annually and are non-refundable.

Note:
Companies that participate in the BBBOnLine EU Safe Harbor Dispute Resolution Program – and that subsequently desire to apply for the BBBOnLine Privacy seal – may have the opportunity to do so annually (at the time of renewal of the DR contract) at no additional fee.
